Here is a video of it in action before I broke the door. The printer will not run at all currently, because it cannot sense that ink is installed. videos Primera quoted me 150 to repair it. I tried to fix it myself but could not.

I have the broken pieces see photo. The printer has worked great for years, but last time I replaced ink broke door that holds cartridge in place.
