Otherwise it is in great shape and works beautifully. This was used for burning CDs our clients, however it keeps saying printer cover is open. That is the only issue with this.

This also has the cleaning kit with it as well. Comes with software for installation and 3 unopened printer ribbons 2 already installed. The sensor is not working properly and will need to be replaced.
